Wuxi Wonderly Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. introduces the WDL-IGBT-250 High-Frequency Induction Heating Furnace, a modular, high-power solution designed for rapid and precise through-heating of spring steel billets and other metal workpieces. This robust system delivers a total configured power of 1500KW, achieved through six modular 250KW IGBT power supply units, making it ideal for high-throughput industrial applications requiring heating temperatures of 900-950°C. Engineered for efficiency and reliability, it provides a complete, turnkey heating line for processes such as hot forging, rolling, and spring coiling.

The system's core utilizes advanced Siemens IGBT modules and Infineon diodes in a fully digital, intelligent power supply design. This ensures high electrical efficiency (≥93%), precise power control accuracy (±1%), and an adaptive output frequency range of 10-30kHz. The induction heating process is highly controllable, with free power adjustment from 5% to 100%. Each power module is paired with a dedicated quenching transformer (RFM-250KW) and high-quality T2 oxygen-free copper induction coils. The coils feature a special American-imported ramming lining material for durability, preventing sparks and leakage, and are integrated with water-cooling rails for smooth billet transport.

Automation and process control are centralized through an intelligent PLC control system featuring a Siemens PLC and an MCGS touchscreen interface. The line is equipped with far-infrared thermometers for real-time, non-contact temperature monitoring (accuracy: ±8°C), enabling closed-loop control of the heating process and automatic sorting based on temperature. A comprehensive fully enclosed internal circulation water cooling system, built with 304 stainless steel components, ensures stable and efficient cooling for all electrical and coil systems, maintaining optimal operating temperatures and equipment longevity.
